DEUTSCHLANDFUNK KULTUR
In a recent Deutschlandfunk Kultur broadcast, Małgorzata Ławrowska - von Tadden detailed how the OBMIN Foundation evolved from a single emergency request into a vital network supporting over 160 Ukrainian museums during the war. The organization provides frontline staff with specialized equipment, financial stipends, and critical preservation assistance, notably partnering with UNESCO Ukraine to save 1,000-year-old artifacts exposed by the Kakhovka Dam explosion. These efforts protect Ukrainian national identity from erasure while looking beyond the immediate crisis through international workshops focused on post-war modernization and digitalization.
