FUTURE. MUSEUMS. RESPONSIBILITIES.
Rebuild Ukraine - this will be a huge challenge for #Ukraine, for international donors, but foremost for the Ukrainian people and civil society. #Germany will host the next international Donors Conference this June in #Berlin. Ukrainian museums are part of civil society and will have a huge role to play, mainly by contributing to strengthening local and regional initiatives - one of the pillars of the forthcoming Donors Conference. The OBMIN, Ernst von Siemens Kunststiftung, Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz, Ukrainian Institute Berlin, Polnisches Institut Berlin, and other partners will bring together museums from all parts of Ukraine on May 27-29 in Berlin, to formulate proposals on what museums can contribute to rebuilding Ukraine. The conference will take place in the James Simon Gallery of the #Museumsinsel Berlin.

A round table at the premises of the Ernst Von Siemens Foundation will deal with partnerships between Ukrainian museums, as well as other international museums, and a special program supported by the EvS Foundation to promote internships of Ukrainian museum experts in other museums.
