Cooperation agreed between the Maria Prymachenko Family Foundation in Kyiv and OBMIN on the non-commercial use of works and motives of Maria Prymachenko’s paintings for a better international understanding of the importance of Ukrainian heritage. OBMIN is grateful for being allowed to use a motive for its forthcoming conference “Filling Blind Spots: Placing Ukraine on Europe’s Cultural Map”, Warsaw, July 3 - 6. (A motive of Maria Prymachenko’s work was also used for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest to present Ukrainian culture. Some works of Maria Prymachenko’s work can currently be seen in the exhibition “Kaleidoskop der Geschichten: Ukrainische Kunst 1912 - 2023” (Kaleidoscope of Histories: Ukrainian Art 1912 - 2023) at the Albertinum in Dresden, Germany.)
