BALAKLIYA LOCAL LORE MUSEUM
The Balakliya Local Lore Museum, known for its memorial exhibition about Oksana Petrusenko, has a rich historical collection with over 13,000 exhibits. The museum actively organized exhibitions, tours, and other events, visited by 15,000 people annually. However, Russian aggression during the war significantly damaged the museum building and looted the exhibits. Nevertheless, after the liberation of the city, museum staff gathered the most valuable items for evacuation.
