MYKHAILO BILAS ART MUSEUM"
The Museum is located in the very center of Truskavets, in a fabulous wooden house that was built at the beginning of the last century. The museum is lifelong, that is, Mykhailo Yakymovych still lives and works fruitfully in the city, creating new works of art. Instead of classical paintings, the 12 halls of the museum display a variety of textile works: tapestries and panels, carpets and appliqués, sackcloths and pillows. Mykhailo Bilas has considerable experience as a weaver and embroiderer, he is a true master of textile plastic. The works of Bilas make up the permanent exhibition, but from time to time the ancient walls of the museum give shelter to the works of other artists, graphic artists or sculptors.
