LUHANSK REGIONAL MUSEUM OF LOCAL LORE
The Luhansk Regional Museum of Local Lore was founded in 1920. At the entrance to the museum, there are two captured English tanks Mark V Ricardo (MK-5) from the First World War and an old cannon. The collection of the museum of local lore contains a large number of original exhibits: monuments of archeology, ethnography, collections of numismatics, as well as photographs and documents, works of art and household items on display. The museum has unique rare exhibits that deserve special attention. The collection of 39 ancient books, among which is the Gospel of 1746, printed in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, is a special pride of the museum.
