
NATIONAL HISTORICAL AND ETHNOGRAPHIC RESERVE PEREYASLAV
The Pereyaslav National Historical and Ethnographic Reserve is one of the largest reserves in Ukraine. It covers the territory of Pereyaslav, its surroundings and part of the Boryspil district, around which protected zones have been established. The Pereyaslav Reserve is administered by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. It is administered by the Department of Cultural Heritage and Cultural Property. It includes 371 immovable monuments of history and architecture of the Ukrainian people, 24 thematic museums of various profiles: historical, archaeological, literary, ethnographic, technical, etc. The main museum fund of the Reserve comprises 170,848 storage units. Among them: a unique archaeological collection, a collection of the Cossack period of the XVI-XVII centuries (1800 items), collections of old printed books of the XVI-XVIII centuries (10 thousand items).https://www.niez.com.ua/
